At SwifTrade, we want you to shop with confidence. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship your order and how to return an item if something isn't right. If you have any questions along the way, our support team is always happy to help.

Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

SwifTrade ships to residential and commercial addresses in all 50 U.S. states.

We are unable to ship to:

  • International addresses outside the United States
  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

If we're unable to ship to the address you enter, you'll be notified at checkout before your order is placed.

Standard Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated from your Qualifying Subtotal (defined below):

Estimated delivery: standard orders typically arrive within [3–7] business days after they ship. Orders are processed within [1–2] business days; delivery estimates begin once your order ships. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak periods.

How the Qualifying Subtotal Is Calculated

Your Qualifying Subtotal is the total value of eligible merchandise after all discounts, promotional offers, and coupon codes have been applied, but before sales tax and any shipping charges are calculated. Sales tax is never included when determining whether your order qualifies for free shipping.

Example: Your cart totals $55.00, and you apply a $10.00 coupon. Your Qualifying Subtotal is $45.00. Because $45.00 is less than $50.00, the order does not qualify for free standard shipping, and the $8.99 flat rate applies.

Returns Policy

We stand behind everything we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we've made returns straightforward and hassle-free.

30-Day Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. There are no restocking fees. If your return is the result of an error — for example, you received an incorrect or defective item — we'll cover the return shipping cost and send you a prepaid return label, so a mistake on our end never costs you anything.

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is easy. Just contact us with your order number and a few details about the item you'd like to return, and we'll respond quickly with simple instructions for sending it back. You can reach us anytime at support@swiftradellc.com.

When You'll Receive Your Refund

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing your package to the return shipper — though in many cases it will be much sooner. This window includes:

  • Transit time for your return to reach us: 5 to 10 business days
  • Processing time once we receive it: 3 to 5 business days
  • Bank processing time for the refund to post: 5 to 10 business days

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. We'll email you confirmation as soon as your refund has been processed on our end.
